Valuation for M&A Transaction, under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code

Under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, an M&A transaction must be valued by a valuer firm that is required to be registered with the IBBI (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India) under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017.
